Nandi Hills, with its tea gardens, is the home of many of the worlds noted long distance runners. It is not on the normal ‘tourist trail’ but is worth a visit to see how tea is grown.

On the edge of Kibabet Tea Estate is Ngabunat Cave.
It is behind a cascading waterfall and is home to bats which live deep within the cave.
Access is along a path along the side of the ravine through the forest.
